The Winemaker’s Table invites guests into an intimate setting to experience the evolution of Layton’s Chance wines—from our earliest vintages following our opening in 2010 to current and limited-edition releases. This experience includes wines no longer available to the public, along with select small-production and library-only bottlings.

Designed for curious palates and passionate wine lovers, this tasting offers unparalleled insight into the craft, decisions, and time that shape each bottle.
