Each tasting unfolds as a curated journey through the evolution of our wines—from early post-2010 releases to current and limited-edition selections—many no longer available to the public.
Set in a refined, conversational setting, guests enjoy thoughtfully paired artisanal charcuterie and chocolates while exploring the craftsmanship, stories, and decisions that shape every bottle.
